Each garment at Sassy Sajja is made to order with love and compassion especially for you. If the garment is faulty or ill-fitted, we will accept an EXCHANGE within Three days of receiving the product. 

For exchange, Email us at hello@sassysajja.com with your order number and a picture of the piece as you received it. After sending the product back to us & delivering to us we shall send you a fresh piece. The entire shipping cost for the exchange will be borne by the customer. 

Once acknowledged by the Sassy Sajja team, please send the product back to us yourself as we do not have a reverse pickup facility for now. Please do not forget to take an acknowledgment receipt from the courier company with the tracking number and a concerned mobile number. Sassy Sajja will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

Refunds 

As a company policy, we do not provide a refund/return on any product once sold. Garments at Sassy Sajja are only eligible for an exchange and can be replaced in a bigger or smaller size, provided the garment is in the same condition as shipped by us. The customer will be issued a credit note, in case the desired size of the product is not in stock.

We highly recommend checking the Size Chart before placing an order.

Cancellations

As a company policy, any pre-paid order once placed with Sassy Sajja will not be eligible for cancellation and no refund will be provided for the same. Although, a customer can cancel the Cash on Delivery [COD] order within 24 hours of placing the order. Please write to us at hello@sassysajja.com to request a cancellation.
